I will not venture to guess what the street will do to the stock price near term. I will say this:

Look under the hood of the entire space and the players LU, NT and others. LU and NT have a broader focus than ASPT. Network, carrier business, rboc business etc. ASPT is niche with call center segment and is creating a new space called CRM portal. They can go anywhere and sell it. NT base, LU base so forth. Like genesys labs but with more horses and maybe a much better product.

Now, I need to spend some time thinking about some key words I heard during the conference call.

Network router....only voice

Voice, web, email, chat, fax........route all

IP...........

Oh, one last matter is sales force related. They will create a software sales force who can sell to the corporate CIO. Traditional sales people in this field are very telephony and CIOs do not understand telephony. They understand platforms and how the platform can be enhanced to driven CRM applications by adding a portal.

Anyway, I am long and have made a significant investment in this company. If you want to build wealth, take risk, but with higher reward. It takes guts but that is what it takes. ASPT fits my model.

IMO.

Since when is (.26) ever considered a profit? Every accounting class I've taken uses parentheses to indicate negative #'s. Or perhaps you don't know diddly about bookkeeping. That, of course, is the likely answer. I suggest you stop your criticism of dialogue and focus on balance sheets.
ASPT is very nicely poised to jump...and you're right...it will channel for a while. But that is what I've been saying. Right now it is backing and filling at the gaps. Once they've been filled, the stock will rise. A good earnings report (at least one better than this) would have caused it to take off like a rocket. Unfortunately, that is not the case, and we'll see it happen the old fashioned way...
