I have the newsrelease.
It states,no persons in the province of BC can trade the securities.
I can only see a full halt,as I never heard before where trading can be halted only for one province.
I am surprised at the wording of the release as it does mention various associated transactions, leaving this up to our own guesses.
TT did call it a Cease Trade Order, and I can only assume they are telling the truth.
Does the SEC not having trading authority of TT because it's located in BC?

John, I suspect that it being the VERY FIRST negative and ONLY FACTUAL release TT has ever put out, they decided to disseminate it through the minimum required channels (Unlike there past, Forword Looking Releases, that they didn't hesitate to spend tens of thousands of $'s to have them distributed as broadly as posible). This way many peoples will not be made aware of this new minor (<g>) problem.

Also we must remember that TT would have been forced to put this release out.

IMO this changes the outlook of this Co. dramatically <g>. I believe there would have been some serious concerns on behalf of the BCSC to come to this. Time will tell.

My first thought was "I wonder if ISMH had anything to do with this". If they are trying to gain control of TT by buying the unlimited flow of shares they may just have had enough of the printing and took the necessary steps to peak the BCSC interest in TT and it doings. Maybe its Nathan's way of getting back at René for past sins against him (René just might have told his buddy Nathan a bit more than he should have). Who knows?

Anyway, should we be at all surprised?!

john, I have pointed out more than two years ago to what I believed (notice the very careful and cagy language used) were "irregular" transactions, like the $5 MM in payments for intellectual property (the TMP patents I presume), to an entity in which Rene had control. I have not followed details of additional transaction like that in details however. But, if memory serve, I also remember pointing out that TTRIF was paying huge amounts to ship water around, and wondered how the water hauler contractor might be related to Rene, if at all. To summarize, when the CEO starts to engage in such activities, you'd better look under every single stone, since it is usually an indication that the CEO has, at best, lost his moral compass, and at worst, well, with companies suing anyone that has comments that are less than complimentary, I will not commit to paper what I believe that "worst" could be.
