Throw the book at'm. Way to go. Sometimes the only thing between you and a real harsh trip is a well-worded contract.
The seller is not your enemy - but he's not your ally either. He is the Opponent. I'm a little surprised your agent would [allow herself to] lose sight of that.

I don't see why you lose by letting him walk over what has been agreed to and is required. He's not meeting the agreement.

SOMEONE, YOU, or HE, has to meet those criteria, it's STONE, and he agreed to do them.

I'm not yelling, I'm just saying let the shithead walk. You're getting ....hmm, Paul, think of nice word...... "bored."

They simply expect you to do what they cannot and will not.

Fuk em.

You'd still be stuck with the work, the real work, which is the insurmountable problem.

Remember how I said it's hard top build a house?

Building a whole new one is simpler than this. Because you can get Real People On Board. Under real Pressure and Commitment.

That will be 1000.00 now.

I don't like this one bit.
