Think what you want but the article you posted resulted from the App Server tests. These are not DB tests. Who knows how large the databases were, probably small.

What it seems to be saying to me is NT with IIS/MTS is catching up or surpassing Unix "web application" servers in the speed department for Web applications. MS still has to a ways to go in the reliably and other areas, but they are relentless.

They are already serving business applications online.
Now they are doing B2B online.
