heinz,

Another one I watch! I'm selling options on some of the internets on the bounces and have naked calls sold on NSOL along with YHOO, AOL, AMZN, and CMGI.

I am just miffed, I guess. I wrote July $80 calls for $6 7/8 on my long-suffering NSOL position. I had a chance to close it out on Monday for 3/8, but tried for 1/4 and was unsuccessful. Of course, it made a big move today and, with 1 day to go, the premium on this call was for a while over $1!! Tomorrow morning, I'll have to cover for about $3 (at least there won't be any premium!). That will teach me to be cheap.

What do you make of this rally? I can't see NSOL shooting past the July high of $87, especially against the general backdrop of Internet weakness. But this past winter NSOL led the Internet stocks out of their doldrums. I originally planned to write another covered call, but now I will wait a bit until I have a better idea of NSOL's direction.
