Teflon, I hope you are right----you probably are but it is always a good to take a pessimistic view once in a while. The market has already discounted the future legal action from my perspective. That is why it has underperformed some other big cap tech stocks. However, a slight "nudge" in favor of MSFT could have HUGE upside potential (for example the Bristol case). That is why i am trying to make sense of it. Maybe the downside will be limited as such future lawsuits are already factored into the price.

OK---Lets see 100 plus by next week!!!

What about MSFT and the tracking stock they are talking up? Could this have kept the stock down yesterday or was it just too much on the sell side? Thanks
