Teflon, I hope you are right----you probably are but it is always a good to take a pessimistic view once in a while. The market has already discounted the future legal action from my perspective. That is why it has underperformed some other big cap tech stocks. However, a slight "nudge" in favor of MSFT could have HUGE upside potential (for example the Bristol case). That is why i am trying to make sense of it. Maybe the downside will be limited as such future lawsuits are already factored into the price. OK---Lets see 100 plus by next week!!! Go Microsoft!!
