I've been looking to get in. Glad I waited. Suggestion to DIS. Get that credit rating back up by getting Eisner to give back maybe half of the billion or so he ripped off blowing about how much he has done for this company.

If I were a shareholder, I'd be ripping at the huge packages for management.

Anyway -- can one of you regulars tell me exactly how DIS will benefit from the internet company. It retains majority interest but is earnings credited to DIS as it would if it were consolidated company or even subsidiary?

What are the terms of the tracking stocks?

Major uncertainty here. At this point, I wouldn't get in until 20. Sorry, but I am open for positive comments too.
