What is the basis for believing a July 15th end to the quiet period?

Final prospectus was filed June 23rd; trading started either that day or June 24th; quiet period would run for 30 days unless I misunderstand the 1933 Securities Act which governs this issue.

Most of the underwriters do business in both Canada and the United States. I doubt that any would risk running afoul of the regulators by using the laws / regulations or the least regulated country.
