Customer service sucks and what rocket scientist decided to test the new site on a trading day instead of a weekend. Since they never offer an apology, I would like to propose that we have a world wide trading embargo against them for the week of August 2-6 ,1999. Trade elsewere or go on vacation or anything but trade with e-trade. They are willing to spend all this money on new customers, let them learn that thier bread is buttered, from CURRENT members.
