Interesting analysis Peter but I think that IDTC without the NTOP is worth more than $12 per share. Rationale being ISP provider, European Backbone, and ability to cross-sell has to be worth additional brownie points. Hence my gut valuation of $18. Any ideas to the discount? I an guessing 30%.
