It was Dempsey Mork who opened an account with Patterson @ Pacific Intl. to "short the PIGS". The "PIGS" were RMIL & AZNT. Queil was retained ( he owned his own brokerage firm) to do the shorting for Mork. Quiel, in the end told Mork he was crazy. Quiels research found AZNT to be a solid co. & RMIL was too low to short in his opinion. He left Mork to handle it himself. The bigger question is, What is the relationship between Everen broker Michael Kugler, Tod Pauly (tonto), Mike Zapara and Dempsey Mork? Well Zapara conspired with Morgan & Breton in a money laundering scheme. Zapara was sharing office space with Mork. Kugler was Mork's right-hand man and was bashing RMIL with Pauly in behalf of Mork. Kugler even offered the use of his condo to a shareholder if he could get other shareholders to dump their RMIL. Pauly refered shareholders to Mike Patterson. Mork shorted RMIL against Zaparas stock that Zapara got in a money laundering scheme with Breton & Morgan. They all screwed eachother. Somehow Pauly was able to dump before the sh*t hit the fan. Pauly became a basher along with Kugler & smartin and they began their cybersmear campaign to pin the whole mess on shareholders! "hypesters" ! LOLOLOL....just like JAnice does here. Well shareholders LOST their investments. The guys to look at, imo, are Kugler, Pauly, Zapara, Breton & Morgan. I followed Zapara to AZNT, he was hired to do promotional work there. I called up Sylver to discover that they were already in court over 440k shares Zapara had stolen from AZNT. My first contact was with Charlie Kricfalusi who was the IR guy at the time. He told it was Mork, not Zapara, who was responsible for all the shorting of AZNT. Now, tell me Carl, what was the working relationship between Zapara, Pauly, Kugler & Mork at the time? Kugler went on to visit AZNT as Pauly bashed it with the FBN goons. He told Jeanie, the receptionist, he was a "friend" of mine! tonto (Pauly) quickly did damage control on SI. He posted Kugler was their doing DD for his clients at Everen. Really? Didn't Kugler post on OVIS that he would never suggest a BB stock to a client? Didn't Kugler tell Mork, who in turn told Bob Quiel, that AZNT was going to be halted? Why would he advise a stock Pauly was posting had ties to SEXI & Huttoe and he told Mork was going to be halted? Last night @ 9:12PM AZNT was broken into. tHe police sent in the dogs to sniff for bombs. This comes after a death threat that Sylver would be dead in 72 hrs if AZNT didn't stop trading. The FBI is investigating. Desperate people do desperate things. If you are confident you will prevail in court you don't threaten to KILL someone or bomb their place of business. And how arrogant it is of the bashers here to think with all this going on , federal & regulatory agencies investigating, they can continue their cybersmear campaign undaunted! LOL.
