SCUMbria - Re: "If AMD was as bad off as you suggest, you could just kick back and relax. "

I WAS kicked backed and relaxed - until yesterdays' AMD "earnings" announcement - along with the press release that Atiq hit the AMD EJECTION BUTTON.

Then, I fell out of my easy chair, laughing as hard as I could !

I guess Atiq's bail out was why you wanted us all to wait until JUNE - plus a couple of weeks !

Oh.........it was worth waiting for !

Paul

Scumbria, re: "If AMD was as bad off as you suggest, you could just kick back and relax."

If Paul was any more relaxed, he wouldn't be able to type. It wouldn't surprise me at all to find that Paul was a quadriplegic using IBM software and a PIII to dictate his posts at SI.

Honest injun ... if someone said "I have a stock for you ... they have lost big money for several quarters, the stock hasn't gone anywhere for years, their #1 competitor is 100 times larger and feared by most everyone in the business, the street dislikes their CEO, and their respected President just resigned".

Would you buy that stock?

Craig
