Netspeed historically has used Glopespan. Go to Edgar-online.com or freeedgar.com and read the S1s of Globespan and Paradyne. Very interesting reading. CSCO/Netspeed's biggest customer is USW. USW took down 250,000 shs. of the Globespan offering. Globespan's biggest customer is CSCO, followed by NEC. LU makes all of Globespan's chips. Globespan and Paradyne have the same principle shareholders. INTC and Globespan have a cross licensing agreement. LU and Globespan have a cross licensing agreement. Lu owns warrants in Globespan. TI/Amati are thinking about suing Globespan over DMT. Lots of incest going on and its not even Arkansas. Tim
