Corresponded with Pacific Softworks concerning their IPO. Part of their reply is listed below.

"We are still anticipating that the offering will be effective by the end of this week, however, we are still awaiting SEC comments. Assuming we get them in the next day or two, we will turn them around as quickly as possible."
