Enjoy, and we will make plans for Labor Day weekend in Texas.

RWNK signs a deal to put their pre-loaded software on IBM PC's. A nice addition to RNWK's existing 69 million user base, and a contrast to BDE's "incomplete" deal with Packard NEC and their 350,000 users. Hmmmm.

Behind the VRIO bounce - looks like $100 is very doable this year:

Verio Inc. (VRIO: news, msgs) announced it has agreed to sell $300 million of its 6 3/4 percent Series A convertible preferred stock to institutional investors through a rule 144A private placement, up from the expected $250 million. Upon completion of the offering, which is fully subscribed and scheduled to close on July 20, 1999, Verio will issue a total of six million shares. These shares are convertible by the holders into Verio common stock at a conversion price of $96.5625 per share, which is a 25 percent premium to its common stock closing price on July 14, 1999.

Boring Buy of the Day - PETM. I have been interested in this stock since I visited one of their stores in January. They are also moving to some E-commerce sales. Projected growth of 25% long-term and earnings of .61 estimated for FY2000. A good 50% Gains value candidate. Downside looks to be 20% from here.

Like people, pets always need food and medical care.
