Etrade is working a okay for me. For all taders in penny stocks, I recommend using Etrade, buy unlimited amount of a stock for one flat fee of $19.95. This compares to AMTD ($18 unlimited but have to call broker) which sucks. Waterhouse is $12, but up to 5,000 shares. And the worst is my Discover account, cost me $250 to buy $5000 worth of a stock under a $1.00, what a joke.

I love etrade, not for daytrading but for buy and hold penny stocks.
