  Ajay Sports Names Ronald N. Silberstein As Chief Financial Officer And Chief Administrative Officer DELAVAN, Wis., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Ajay Sports, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AJAY) announced that Ronald N. Silberstein has been named Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Silberstein will also assume the new position of Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for various administrative functions within the Company. 
  Mr. Silberstein is a Certified Public Accountant and was previously a partner in the CPA firm of Hirsch Silberstein & Subelsky, P.C. of Farmington Hills, Michigan, a firm that he co-founded in 1993. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Silberstein was a partner with the CPA firm Freedman & Goldberg, P.C., also in Farmington Hills, Michigan. From 1979 to 1988, he was a staff accountant with various CPA firms in Southeast Michigan, including the Detroit office of Ernst & Young. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan in addition to his CPA certification. 
  Mr. Silberstein is a nationally known small business advisor and tax expert, and speaks on a number of topics of interest to small business owners. He is also an Online Community Leader and a staff member and co-host of a weekly "Tax Chat" on America Online, in addition to posting answers to questions on AOL's Business Know-How message boards.
