Yes, and look at the mini globex hours. They don't shut down from 9:15 to 9:30 est, yet the chart does not have those trades come 9:30 est......but up to 9:30 est it shows the trades. Real strange....watch today es9u ......

TFF, there are 3 separate sessions RTH, Globex and Globex 2
you may choose to ignore any market that you wish. Some traders prefer to use the actual data for all sessions.

But the fact remains that the emini is open fron 9:15 am est to 9:30 am est and Quote.com does not display this data.
