The pressure being greater in his head than the atmospheric pressure outside his head results in the escape of oxygen. The solution to this uncommon problem is to create a vacuum in his head by getting him to suck-in hot air and then taping his mouth and nostrils and other conduits. Thereby creating what is also commonly known as the Swelled Head Syndrome. Dg
