Zeev, a problem with your scenario. The price went to $11 before Castle Creek eliminated the floorless on the first tranche. In fact, it was only a day or two after the floorless was removed that we saw the big slide back down to $5.50. At least thats how I recall the sequence of events.

This may come as a surprise to some, but calls to the company in recent weeks have been happily answered by the new CFO and others, who've been very pleasant and willing to answer questions to the extent that they can. As one caller learned, the company has maintained contact with CC who no doubt know the company's expectations with respect to contracts and apparently are not unhappy with the way things are developing. I would say that reports of impending death spirals are greatly exaggerated.
