Lindy, I don't see what's so risky about what you're doing--you own all common w/o margin. Risky is owning 100% Q and having it all in options. That's me, but my "conservative" side has pushed me into all LEAPs :)

I tend to agree with your strategy -- I remember someone long ago saying that if you have done your research and believe in a company the worst thing you can do is spread your risk. He argued you should maximize your return by exclusively buying that stock. And, this was long before GG.

But, you certainly can get burned. Just look at what happened to all of us who owned NEON. Just two weeks ago we were arguing on this thread that it could be an emerging gorilla.

That said, I dumped my NEON, took my loss, and bought more Q. So, at this point I am into only three stocks: Qualcom, EMC, and NTAP. I am sleeping better at night.
