Rather than renting storage for large quantities of cheap feedstock, the present setup owns some small tanks that originally were underground and were salvaged at low cost. Rather than operating the plant for the benefit of the partnership as well as for GRNO's purposes, all that can be done is turn it on occasionally. A considerable amount of capital would be required to set up the operation to run continuously, which would include waiting for payables to be paid as well as storage facilities and feedstock inventory. Once operating with cheap feedstock, this capital injection could be paid off quickly or set aside for plant upgrade to the permitted level. Charles
