Armin, from a product standpoint why do you see alsc as superior to dimd/s3? I talked to CFO of s3 today to get lowdown on USC buyback. Will be getting full package but from what he said both alsc and s3 will come out nicely on this and both can be considered good value stocks. My reason for going with dimd is that the stock is selling at discount to merger price thereby giving about a 12% arbitrage advantage.(52 s3 for each dimd). Also I liked it when Jeff Bazos talked about the Amazon Electronic "Store" selling DVD players, digital cameras and Diamond Rio's. Repeated in WSJ. I am interested in your reasons for liking the alsc product potential.
