I like both suggestion 3 and 4. Anytime I needed to transfer funds from one account to another I had to write a check. On 4 you have a good point regarding the default. It is especially a nuisance when you are IOIing and the wrong account comes up. As far as the "cograts you have qualified for Power Etrade", yeah you are right that once you are notified you don't need to be reminded, but to tell you the truth, I don't even notice it. Unless it is taking up extra memory when downloading the page - then I get your point.
