Tom,

I'm not saying that 20% is inevitable, but I just don't have much confidence that we'll it make through Y2K fears and negative investor psychology as everyone hunkers down.

I'm rather sure that there are likely to be disruptions in emerging markets moreso that here in the US. And even if they are disruptions that are easily overcome or resolved, the impact on those markets will be very negative.

And I think that logic is good for at least 20% sometime this fall, and probably before the end of Sept since the institutions start locking in profits for the tax year.
