Neal; The $11 -$13 is just an estimated range - not the set price. You're probably right about not having to file an s1a though. This might only need official notification, and then approval by the SEC.I think it was I-village that tried to jack up the offering price too much (because of anticipated demand) and was refused by the SEC.They were delayed by a day or 2 from their IPO date.
