NTOP looks like a flop, judging by the interest, or lack thereof in IDTC. Of course, options expiration is one factor that affects price, as it does today, but only when volume is low. At this stage in the pre-IPO period, one would expect significant volume to overpower any attempt at downward manipulation for op exp.

Having said that, it could be that retail investors don't know about the IPO--no publicity drive--and that large investors don't like/trust IDTC management, and are waiting to get a piece of NTOP, in order to have as little to do with HJ as possible.
