Earnings release looked sweet. Great earnings growth and very impressive list of customers. My only concern would be financial.

From the release:

As previously disclosed, the company's founder, majority shareholder and director, Dr. Bryan J. Zwan, has recently left his positions as an employee and chairman of the board of the company. With respect to the company's financing needs, Digital Lightwave is engaged in discussions regarding the terms of the proposed public financing covered by the pending registration statement on file with the Securities and
Exchange Commission. In the event that the company does not proceed with this offering, it will be necessary to seek other financing alternatives. There can be no assurance that the company will be
successful in completing the pending financing or any other financing on a timely basis. In addition, Dr. Bryan J. Zwan has indicated to the company that he may initiate a routine program to sell shares of his
common stock in the company, quarterly, under the limitations of Rule 144, and pursuant to the company's insider trading policy.

With the small float, do you think any dilution could have a near-term negative impact on the share price? Just a thought.
