George, Boy, is Norman Rosenberg behind the curve or what!? Oil is already over 18 Brent. If Wall Street is going to stage a bear raid on oil, they better get crackin'. They have had every opportunity between API reports to do so. They've had Venezuela talk about increasing production in Sept. They've had the too far to fast crowd speak up during every attempted sell off. They've had excessive bullish sentiment. So far they've only been able to mount very minor raids. So what are US. Stocks down to - 325 or something? Asia and Europe in recovery. Bad API number coming up? Maybe. Doubtful though.

I am coming into agreement with you that high oil prices will put a high floor under OSX stocks, witness DO, IO, MAVK, GLM. IMO E&P's are a slam dunk. For me, I'm happy where I am right now 50/40% OS/E&P and looking to increase E&P by 5-10%.
