Aus and gang,

I am looking for more info about the management and people behind this company. Anybody shed any light on that story or direct me to some past posts or other places that may fill me in.

Thanks in advance. Long on SNDK and liking it!

Regards,

MCO.

re: "I am becoming a bit of a gadgeteer"
given the amount of techno stuff you bought you really are more of a gadgeteer than me!!

i just bought the USB imagemate (i also own a parallel one and several CF cards, plus two digital cameras, three scanners (one for negatives) and an inordinate amount of other techno stuff, but, aus,
you beat me, i only own one winCE pocket device, ....

Aus,

" I hope that 3COM is listening. They might hear some munching noise. It is Casio eating their lunch.

That has to be an awful lot of munching, according to July 5th Forbes the US palmtop sales for 1998 were as follows:

Company Units shipped Market share
3Com 1,200,080 56%
Sharp 425,097 20%
HP 123,050 6%
Phillips 106,200 5%
Psion 76,587 4%
Other 230,852 11%

Although WinCE devices are highly visible (and have been for sometime) they are not being bought in the numbers the visibility would imply - less than 40% of the market last year.
