I predict a good run up in the afternoon.

I would not be surprised to see a 160 close. Eventually, the street is going to figure out this early announcement.

The index fund managers want to make money, just like the rest of us. Their mandate is to index, and index
they will. They can make the same calculations about earnings and PEs and growth and wireless demand
and know what may unfold two or three years hence. When I, or any one of those managers go into a
supermarket and see 3 or 4 people on their phones you don't need to be Peter Lynch to figure it out.

re: July options

I agree, Jeff; today so far reminds me of last June expiration Friday where we got a good bump in the morning, went basically flat for a time, and then exploded late in the day. (Clearly I'm hoping for a repeat of that last part.) FWIW, I instructed Fido to just sell all my July calls at market on the close - I'm not going to try to time this one (and no, Maurice, I don't have the funds to exercise them all!). Will watch closely through the day and see if that changes.

PS: OT - MSoftie at an all-time high today - no, I don't have any; all the pin money is in Q.
