Z, At over 100 times eps, any decline in margins will be a killer. But SCH, like most flavor of the month stocks, does not trade as though it is a business entity with stuff like profit margins. It trades on hype and ignorance. I see no decline in ignorance, but the co. admitting part of the truth may show a backing off in the solid wall of tout and hype for the past 2 years. I think puts are overpriced, but are very tempting on the next up day.
