A Public Company.................................................... Is a Public Company, even the "non-reporting" variety on the OTC-BB and such Company has a "fiscal responsibility" to insure that the "restricted" shares reach the beneficial owners of said stock (whether registered or not) either "directly" or by way of instruction to the "Transfer Agent, it is not, and shouldn't be that complicated, unless someone is deliberately attempting to create turmoil under the guise of "the massive short theory" or some other nonsensical ploy. I would assume(hopefully) that in the case of MDHM that neither of the above "scenarios" is applicable! "BULLY"!
