Hank,

I have no interest in defending this or any investment to anyone. My only interest is to ensure that issues about GumTech are discussed free of deceit and misconception. With few exceptions, reasonable issues brought forward by those of us who are long have been met with "it's a scam", "it's a fraud", or "you are a shill". I would assemble a list of common phrases short sellers spew out to longs but I find this immature and immaterial to any meaningful discussion that might help anybody make money.

The thing that many of you are missing is that I'm not your enemy simply because I'm long and some of you are short. I can't make the stock do anything or influence GumTech's business either in terms of their decisions or the people that may or may not buy their products. Issues are issues and many of you want to stick your head in the sand and wish nobody would bring them up. Irregardless of whether issues are ignored, the market will discount them if they come to pass.

Best of trades,

Dan

Hank- there will be times to short GUMM...albeit I would think there are an awful lot better candidates. I would wait until the stock has had a better run than this...Maybe when it hits 40....Of course, I am disappointed when the short interest doesn't rise from month to month....

Seems a shame to give up all that VPHM gain....

To all:

It has been fun chatting with you fellows but I found out what I needed to know. This thread is thin on due diligence and an accident looking for a place to happen. Look no further than GUMM....Short away...

Regards,

Mike
