It would be interesting if MSFT held forty per cent of new tracking stock.

40%? Are you kidding? I don't see them giving up more than 10% to the public with MSFT holding 90%. That would create the light volume for big gains. Their only reason is to take over small internet companies-----maybe over time their interest from such purchases drops to 51% but that is it. They won't give up control unless the internet no longer fits in with their plans. I bet their interest is the internet!!!
