Scott, I have been researching Mr Pappajohn for quite some time. As you mentioned, he is legendary in Iowa as a businessman and a philanthropist. According to SEC filings, Mr Pappajohn holds 34.5% of the common shares of PCES, plus 21.7% of the Preferred Shares. He is also a director of PCES and according to Equity Dynamics, Mr Pappajohn is the main decision-maker on PCES matters. I will try to post some of my findings (including specific links) over this weekend. I have quite a lot of it.
