The SEC barred Marchese from involvement in any penny stock, but you posted he, yourself & Andy Mann were/are all involved in the manipulation of AZNT stock price, Mannn having shorted stock he stold from AZNT ( default entered Jan. 13th &no answer), Mann covering his short against the stolen stock (according to you) and you heavily promoting different defense for Mann on SI ( signed promissory notes, Neck & Back stock, etc, etc.) eventhough Mann opted NOT to use those defenses in court. So tell us Shell, what is the relationship between, you, Marchese, Mann, Pines & Wellrich? How long do you think this charade of your will last Shell? As I remarked earlier at RB, I'm reminded of Pin the Tail on the Donkey, and the jerky little kid who gets confused and ends up sticking his pin into everyone else. Pugs's blindfold is WAAAYYYYYY too tight, always has been. He'll never find that damned donkey. This analogy is, of course, based on memories of the days when Kids Were Kids, and played the game with Real Pins.
