There are many reasons for disliking Schwab...

Nearly moved to Waterhouse last year but I like the convenience of having a Schwab office nearby wherever I happen to be.

I grumble a lot and wish they were a little more lenient with some of there rules but there are plenty of positive aspects as well.

I think it is required that no matter who your broker is you're supposed to complain. <gg>
