build the "whatever" & the people will come? That is all Cook had to do. He even gave them a tour...LOL Jo, that's precisely his thinking. Pay outside contractors to write a piece of basically useless software and he thinks 35-50% of email users in the world will use it in the first year. In the CC, he was asked about his marketing plan. You're gonna be shocked if you haven't listened to it. The man relies on press releases and media attention (all negative so far!) to attract customers. The company has no sales force. Regards, Tom
