Why you worry about his leaving two years from now? Two year is enough time to pick a successor.

The announcement stated that he would leave after two years. That is enough time for someone like him to slap these two together and get them into shape in a rising market. Two years from now my suspicion is that there will be another game plan on the board. He owns so much of the company he will not want to leave behind a penny stock.
