Company's response to my NETP/DCLK question. Dear Mr. Gekko: Thank you for your email and interest in Net Perceptions. Regarding your question, I offer the following: Net Perceptions has been developing an excellent partnership with NetGravity. We are very excited to continue that partnership with the combined company. From what we understand, DoubleClick will still be offering the NetGravity AdServer product as a standalone option for companies that would like to manage their own ad serving. We have been working to provide a personalization solution which will integrate into this environment. We feel that it is too early at this point to go into much detail on how we will evolve our relationship with the combined company. Thank you for your interest in Net Perceptions. James P.
