Hey I'm supposed to be a PISSANT too. Why wasn't I informed.. afterall...I am the one who made everyone aware of the floorless preffered share deal. (Course David and his cronies on RB are absolutely sure I am short and making all of this up) My favorite line. "Just because the Press release says The preferred shares can be converted to common stock at the lesser of $1 or 65% of 5 prior trading days" They chant..yeah but S. Nemergut is a securities lawyer so he would have put in controls to prevent shorting AND the preferreds are restricted from conversion for one year (What does that have to do with the price of tea in china)
