Wallace, the upward movement on ESPI actually started on June 25, when ESPI dropped under 10.

Bought at 9-7/8 and at 10 and sold it two times since that date. Now holding a considerable amount for future gains, because experience shows this one rolls up to at least 15 real fast and even to 20 when it's in the mood. In addition to the technical possibilities for going higher, the company is really working to expand the business. I don't know any other phone company of this size that can be bought this cheap--especially one working in major metro areas such as Washington, DC, and New York.
