Mr Wang - no offense (good line from Caddyshack),

I am unsure as to why you characterize CUST as a PR machine.

Other than the "browser" comment earlier in the year, I think that CUST has tried to be somewhat secrative in nature regarding their product. It is others who have taken the PR's and made them bigger than they are.

All I can basically see is a few conference calls, a website introduction, and a tour. How is this different from other companies? In fact, I can point you to a jillion other companies that send out press releases weekly with meaningless BS (ie awards, anticipated product launches, etc).

In fact, Cook has alluded to the fact he wishes the $230 rec was never made and on the tour yesterday, even admitted that the hype got too far ahead of the company by a few months - he would have rather wished more gradual awareness of the company now, and for the remainder of the year when more meaningful announcements might be made.

Regardless, with all the negative press CUST has received in light of this hype, don't you find it odd that this stock has remained so resilient? After a "disasterous" CC where he was beaten sideways, why has the stock not dropped like a rock?

My bet, regardless, is that one of the next couple of PR's has a little more power in the punch. Hopefully, this will make everyone a little happier, since they will know be able to see a little light. Not sure if you want this sort of PR, though, if you are short....Keep hoping for more BS PR's, as they don't take the stock up much these days. Then again, they really don't seem to drag the stock down.
