Yes Dan, they are all option exercises. Based on the footnotes, the average life of the outstanding options was 6.2 to 9.5 years. So, assuming the options were not going to to expire, there are only 2 logical reasons an employee would exercise his/her options. 1) they are going to sell the stock or 2) they want to get the long-term capital gain clock ticking. Lets hope it is the latter.
