SFD, Teflon, Sonki: THere was too much selling pressure
to prevent to get over 100 today. So I am hoping for a
push through 100 on Monday. The stock is still cheap at
68 trailing PE if I base off of my 1.45 for FY99. I expect
a run to 73 PE or about 108 before easing

Good Afternoon Sonki,

It was a tremendous day for Microsoft and on top of the already good news, Microsoft was cleared on Antitrust charges from a suit brought against it from Connecticut. The news was announced just 15 minutes before the close.

Microsoft Cleared Of Antitrust Violation

By Matthew Lewis

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (Reuters) - A federal jury in Connecticut Friday
found that Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) did not violate
U.S. antitrust law in a suit brought by a small Connecticut software
company.

While the eight-member jury found the world's leading software company liable for violating Connecticut business laws, it awarded nominal damages of only $1 to the plaintiff, Bristol Technology Inc.

''We are very pleased with the decision,'' Microsoft spokesman Tom Pilla told Reuters. ''This is a victory for the entire software industry, in upholding the fundamental right of protecting your intellectual property.'
