do you make a larger return by investing in a company that goes up in a straight line or in one that corrects now and again so you can take money out of the table and plough it back eventually when all the fools are listening to kurlak, sanders, etc ?

Don't you think that if someone was undercuting MSFT by 25% to get a piece of the PC operating system/applications business that MSFT's return would be a lot smaller?

Surely you don't think that Visual C++ or Microsoft Office 2000 are the cheapest products of those types out there targeted for Windows, do you? And as far as OSes go, Linux is free... How much more can you undercut than that?
