Which could be taken two ways. You could take it as, "the person who convinces the others that he is right, whether he is right or not, is the one who runs the world."

Or you could take it as, "it doesn't do you any good to be right, unless you can get others to see it, too, in order to get things done."

I prefer the latter interpretation.
