I think painters were here. They have to come back this summer to go over the spots where the paint bubbled up. It's a problem that occurs often in this area. Guess it has to do with combination of humidity and rain. When they painted last summer, they intended to re-do areas in fall, but didn't get around to it. Painter phoned me the other day to tell me he would be coming around. It has been so wet that they had been unable to paint. Guess they just wanted to check over the area to find the spots that needed to be touched up. M....
