Mpil46.. I don't want to hype it at all but we could not only gap-up, we could pop nicely again. Advise i would give you and others is not to be foolish and dump your shares on a decent run, even to .75 plus. I'll tell u why. We went from .30 bid to .56 bid in a short time period on 1 release only. This is because mm's are being squeezed and don't have shares and have to keep raising the bid to induce selling. If u bought this stock for the right reasons and u believe u will have the opportunity to lock in some profits in the next 12 months from $3 to $8 plus then just hold. By selling u show the mm's that they can get shares whenever they want when they run up the price of the stock. IF they know that then they will start selling short shares that they don't have and try to march it down to cover lower. If they see that their tactics don't work in a slow or fast moving market then they will think twice about trying to hold the stock down. Make sense? Have a great weekend and watch the fireworks monday, lol.

Prudentinvestor.. About the mm's and how they fill the orders is right on.(very good example) On a typical day in an otc bb stock (that closes unchanged on the day)1/3 of the volume is buying, 1/3 is selling and 1/3 is double prints of some sort or covering. If the stock closes lower or higher on the day then more of the % would be buying or selling but the covering and double printing is usually consistent.
About where the stock price may be in the next week, month, year(s).I agree with many of you. Conservative is always good. Even at $1.50 in a year it's 300% gain from these levels. Some in at .35 for example should be very happy. DELL... NASDAQ for example was very recently down for the year. At least with NRPI $1.50 would be a huge % gain.. $2 to $5 and we'll all dance a jig. No-one knows for sure but I have done mucho research and here's what I think. Since the C.E.O is obviously very focused on protecting the potential EPS among other things (steers from dilution), then we can assume that the float numbers (what matters) won't get out of control in the next 12 months. If the stock trades over $4 and is on an exchange in the future and he issues stock for stuff then it'll be much fewer shares than if he did it at these prices. Assuming a float of 1,800,000 to say 3,000,000 that is TINY!!! Most otc bb's are considered to have small floats at 6 to 7 million shares. Look at BICO, lol. Look at popular playes like LAKO, PCBM.. they have floats near 15 million to 20 million. The stock has major support over .45 bid and soon over .50 IMO. The company has done 3 radio shows and has another one wednesday. They are averaging one a week. They are focused on a television show soon also. Looking at their pattern there will probably be more than one show. The company appeared in an industry newsletter in May, newsletters have picked them up, several websites have picked them up, e-mails have gone out, chat rooms have touted the stock, many have told buddies etc and messaage boards are littered with the symbol(ragingbull.com, techstocks.com..Silicon Investor and bobz.com). The bottom line is if u have an otc bb that makes even .01 a share, is sound fundamentally, strong focused management, spends $ on PR and exposure, seeks an exchange asap, has news fairly frequently, makes progess(closes deals), has a small float/small outstanding and doesn't try to give stock out like popcorn than it will pop eventually. Not even mentioning filing for fully reporting in the next 2 weeks. Also the stock can't reverse split, it already did. Also having very little to no debt and aquiring stuff(sometimes with revenue/earnings) with cash, financing, loans, etc. I see $1 in the next 4 weeks worst case. $2 by the end of august, $3 to $4 by december 31st, $6 to $10 in by late june 2000 and on a major exchange in 2000. Look on www.thestockjournal.com at the other co's in NRPI's industry that lose $, have less assets, larger float etc and trade north of $1 already. Hype isn't good but we have something VERY rare here. I guess we'll see who's right.

Prudent this isn't a billion dollar company with 30 yrs. of history on a large exchange. Your trying to compare and analyze apples and oranges IMO. Your looking at past and current analysis, 5 year past growth rates etc. This is a penny to microcap it doesn't make sense to analyze it based on its short past but rather future. Such as the PEG analysis suggested by Clyde and the one Peter Lynch uses. If you want to look at piece of past just look @ 97 to '98 revenue #'s they were up over 600%. I think PEG is a better analysis tool and looking @ execution of the deals they have on the table what will that mean in revenue, earnings, eps, multiply it by a conservative p/e.

When everyone is done covering there tush...we go up.
When sb-2 filing takes place...we go up.
When construction financing on Eagle Trace is final and PR'd...we go up.
As more people become aware of this company's current and future profitability...we go up.
Conclusion? Nowhere to go but up.

Timing and price target? I'll only predict short term as it is very predictable. After sb-2 filing and construction loan on Eagle Trace are announced, "the numbers" will dictate a price--no, it's better to say this stock will defy all logic if it is not north of $2, with a 12 month price target of probably $7+, depending on P/E valuations to be based on sb-2 numbers. One could expect these two most meaningful events to take place within the next 30 to 60 days (depends on financing, we know the sb-2 filing is imminent.)

$2 within 60 days. That's my opinion, but it's logical, not emotional. Emotional would be $10 or more.

SB-2 filing will convince you of the strength of this company, and more importantly the audited financials will convince the bank to loan the $$$ for Eagle Trace--they had to get audited financials to borrow this much $$$ anyway, so sb-2 filing was a no-brainer. It gives mgt. the opportunity to get rich via stock, and all of us, too. The stock price will follow the coming to fruition of these two events.

I believe that this is just the beginning for NRPI and it's share holders. The housing industry is very strong at this time, and shows no sign of slowing down. I know for my business we cannot keep up with the demand for our services (concrete construction). With the first time home buyers at a high now and their next acquisition (the window MFGR)just around the corner (I hope)the future is getting brighter and brighter for NRPI and it's share holders. The future developements and filings add a nice flavor to NRPI.
If you are a share holder I would like to offer my congratulations.
If you have no position! What are you waiting for!!!!You are only hurting yourself (IMHO). Don't miss out on this stock at these prices, you will be kicking yourself. Do your history on NRPI it was trading at $2.50 not long ago with not near as much to offer us as they do now.

I am glad to be a part of this stock and this thread.
Go NRPI!

Regards,
Vision

I have gotten a few e-mails recently from shareholders from other stocks in NRPI's industry. They seem to really like the fundamentals and potential of the company. I answered a few Q's for them, steered them to some research on the company and gave them the C.E.O's number. This was last week. Some of them took a position on friday, however a few of them wanted to get some Q's answered first. I don't know what they gathered from talking to Richard Astrom late last week or over the weekend but they seemed pretty sincere about stepping in tomorrow for a block of stock. These guys seem to know their stuff and mentioned they are looking to buy and hold, not day trade or get rich quick. Talk is cheap until there's action so i guess we'll soon see. They seemed very excited about the company becoming fully reporting soon and mentioned stepping in big when they company filed. I will try an encourage them to post on this thread as they may have some insight on what got them so excited about this ground floor opportunity.
